"LITTLE BAGELS, BIG IMPACT"

The Bagels

The bagels are homemade from scratch and formed by hand.  They are purposefully made smaller than traditional bagels thus making them both kid- and calorie-friendly.  
Since the bagels are made fresh without preservatives, they stay fresh for 2-3 days.  Afterwards, slicing them, then freezing them in a freezer or Ziplock bag for toasting at a later date is the best way to keep enjoying the bagels.

Types of Bagels & Ingredients


Plain
Flour, water, sugar, brown sugar, yeast,   salt

​Chocolate Chip
Flour, water, chocolate chips, sugar, brown sugar, yeast,   salt
​

Cinnamon Raisin
Flour, water, raisins, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, yeast, salt

Pumpernickel
Flour, pumpernickel,  rye, water, black cocoa, sugar, brown sugar, yeast, salt




"JalaPapa" Cheddar
Flour, water, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, sugar, brown sugar,  yeast, salt

Asiago Cheese
Flour, water, asiago cheese, sugar, brown sugar, yeast, salt

Everything 
Flour, water, sugar, brown sugar, yeast, salt,  poppy seeds, sesame seeds, minced onion, minced garlic, course sea salt

Sesame, Poppy, Salt, Garlic or Onion
Same as everything except only one of the 5 respective toppings
